Alliant, Premier and OMNIA tell the court the talks are still going — and ask for fourteen more days
Joint status reports landed in both Western District of Kentucky cases on August 17, and neither announces an agreement or an end to negotiations.
The parties report that they remain actively engaged in settlement negotiations and believe continued negotiations may resolve the matter without further litigation. On that basis they jointly ask the court to extend the current stay by an additional fourteen days. (00006 R.72; 00719 R.62.) The reports were due by Monday, August 17, or within five days of the completion of any settlement negotiations, whichever came first — so the filing date carries information of its own: negotiations had not completed. (00006 R.70; 00719 R.60.)
