Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gpointel.com (the "Service"), operated by UltraViolet Holdings, LLC, doing business as GPO Intel ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GPO Intel is a subscription-based intelligence platform providing competitive analysis, organizational profiles, and market data on Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) in the U.S. healthcare industry.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Analyst Plan: $29/month or $290/year (billed annually) — single-user license; includes $15 per month of AI research usage
  • Principal Plan: $99/seat per month, or $79/seat per month billed annually — from 1 seat, with multi-user access as you add seats; includes $60 per seat per month of AI research usage and access to the Artifact Library
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed immediately at purchase — there is no free trial. To evaluate the Service before paying, use the free tier (Section 5)
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable) unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

Prepaid AI Balance. Paid plans include a monthly dollar amount of AI research usage, which resets each billing month and does not roll over. Usage beyond your included amount is billed on a usage basis: you may add a payment card and maintain a prepaid AI balance, which draws down against your actual AI usage at the rates posted in the product. You may set your own monthly spending limit, and we will honor it — AI features pause rather than exceed a limit you set. You may optionally enable automatic reloading of your prepaid balance, which you can turn off at any time. Prepaid AI balances are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Usage-Based AI. AI features are metered by actual usage, not fixed counts. We may throttle, suspend, or require additional terms for AI usage that indicates abuse, automated bulk extraction, resale, or use inconsistent with Section 6 (Acceptable Use).

5. Free Tier

A free tier is available with no credit card required, offering limited access (browsing the directory and a limited number of full profile views). AI research features are available on paid plans only. Paid plans add full access and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish content from the Service
  • Reverse engineer any aspect of the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others (Analyst plan)
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or security measures

7. User-Submitted Content

The Service allows you to submit tips, corrections, and suggestions ("Submissions"). By submitting content, you:

  • Grant UltraViolet Holdings, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish that content as part of the Service
  • Represent that you have the right to share the information and that it does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or trade secret protections
  • Agree not to submit material that is false, defamatory, or violates any applicable law

We reserve the right to reject or remove any Submission at our sole discretion.

8. Expert Contributor Program

We operate an Expert Contributor Program through which approved industry experts contribute answers and intelligence to the Service. Participation in that program — including contribution licensing and compensation — is governed by the Expert Contributor Agreement, which supplements these Terms for program participants.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, data, analysis, and other materials on the Service are owned by UltraViolet Holdings, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your internal business purposes only.

10. Copyright / DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to harrison@gpointel.com with the subject line "DMCA". A valid notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service (URL)
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the United States, the Western District of Texas). We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

11. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but all data — including AI-generated content, scraped news, and user-submitted intel — is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. GPO Intel is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice. You should independently verify any data before making critical business decisions.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA, CONTENT, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraViolet Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
