The Agreed Status Quo Orders (R.26 and R.51) shall remain in effect while the parties are in settlement negotiations, and the next joint status report is due by no later than Monday, August 31, 2026, or within five days of the completion of any settlement negotiations, whichever occurs first. The order does not adopt the unilateral notice provision the parties requested.
